Office of the Chancellor
The Division of Academic & Institutional Affairs oversees CCSF’s seven schools. Other services of the Division include institutional advancement & effectiveness; enrollment management; contract and continuing education; educational technology/online education; curriculum; tenure review and faculty evaluation; faculty support services; and course/room scheduling.
Institutional Advancement & Effectiveness
The Division of Institutional Advancement & Effectiveness is responsible for the following services and departments: Accreditation, Fundraising & Alumni, Grants & Resource Development, Guided Pathways, High School Programs, Library and Learning Resources Centers, Outcomes & Assessment, Research & Planning, and Workforce Development.
Sr. Vice Chancellor of Administrative & Student Affairs
The division of Sr. Vice Chancellor of Administrative & Student Affairs is responsible for Finance & Administration, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Student Affairs, Contruction & Planning, and ITS.
Facilities, Planning, and Construction
The Division of Facilities, Planning, and Construction is responsible for buildings and grounds, facilities planning, risk management, and technology, as well as planning, constructing, maintaining and operating safe, effective and inspiring physical environments that encourage successful teaching and learning.
Finance and Administration
The Division of Finance & Administration is responsible for administrative services, budget and finance, business services, and public safety.
Human Resources & Employee Relations
The Division of Human Resources & Employee Relations is responsible for recruitment, hiring, benefits, employee relations, professional development, and other areas related to employment.
The Division of Student Affairs is responsible for outreach and recruitment, student affairs, student health services, student advocacy, student activities, counseling services and learning assistance.
